Our Toronto based apparel client requires a Visual Merchandiser Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:

Manage a team of visual merchandisers currently employed in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary, ensuring that the team is fully staffed to meet current merchandising needs.

Liaise with 3rd party merchandising service to schedule and manage visits to markets where our merchandisers do not visit.

Review and manage all reports and visuals that are submitted by the merchandising team and provide feedback and guidance to ensure that standards and practices are being met.

Develop and communicate merchandising standards for all product lines reflecting the directives that are received from head office.

Inspire your team to build relationships with store personnel so that our requirements are executed at store level on a timely basis.

Manage POS inventories and ensure that stores have all visual aids necessary to present product in best possible way.

Work with brand managers to create line plans and look books for all product lines.

Merchandise key stores alone or with other members of your team.

Other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

3-5 years of apparel merchandising experience
-
Management experience preferred
-
Candidate must have a car
